Cafe Otis and The Open Circle in Norwich present “The Topic,” a community conversation held from 6:30 to 8 on the third Wednesday evening of the month. Led by David Horst of The Open Circle and hosted by Cafe Otis, the program is inspired by Krista Tippett’s Civil Conversation Project at OnBeing.org. Participants engage in a facilitated conversation and personal story-telling on a variety of thought-provoking topics.
